your probably right, I never think floats are locked

because MM's, brokers, Power investors can always
create the appearance of selling. But, at this juncture
with LICH< I think one is either in or out..

meaning you are correct, those that have shares are
sitting on them

Im interested lower. my avg is about .0145, so i feel
comfortable waiting.......

Like I said, i still think it will be 1-2 monts before
any concrete/official news......

but any signs of life will drive this to .025
