It may be, idk. As I said it’s not public information. But it could be lower and probably is. They know the more money they borrow, which works in conjunction with more shares issued which means the stock price has to go lower, they have to be able to sell those shares to get their money back. If they are willing to give them more money for more shares when the price is sitting at 0.0012, then it has to be lower than that. I’m sure they’ve covered their base all the way down to 0.0001. So it probably isn’t much higher than that.
