It is my understanding that new rules regarding pinks and thier unbridled ability to break all the rules will change in Jan. 07.

Do you think SLJB will have thier act together in time to satisify some of the new criteria like the ''skull and cross bones'' symbol next to the ticker symbol. If not the new rules will be the kiss of death for this outfit.
