The Noble investors, who got cut out of the 87 cent PIPE, can buy today at a share price that represents a value of $1.80 to those of us who got reversed. That's why I don't feel sorry for them anymore.

I don't really understand the significance of the closing date, unless the offering hasn't been fully subscribed yet.
