I am a senior Army Officer and an instructor at the Command and General Staff College so I understand the power of positive thinking. However, one of the skills we teach our young officers is also Critical Thinking. Thinking critically about this, I know what the patterns have been, and since we have pretty much the same leadership, what they will be in the future. All of the money streams you point out have not kept the stock above $1...but should have. There press releases about presenting at such-and-such a forum have not moved the stock price upward. The MDT deal has barely influenced it, and the patents, which they just received another one here recently, have also done nothing to move this stock upward. Identifying and managing risk is something else we teach....but being able to identify them comes with experience...my experience tells me that, unless it is down-voted, an RS is coming and it is not a matter of if, but when. I stayed behind Titan for a long time, thinking the best. Their performance has shown otherwise.
