I have always treated this ticker as having a float of 450M as ALL the holders holding that amount had already passed there holding periods prior to my 1st million (of millions) purchased. JAG Capitol or JG would still be considered an insider due to the LOI still being in affect. I also posted that yesterday. So, No, the current reported float does not bother me currently as for a tech stock we will need EVERY share here available for the needed liquidity that will definitely be coming once the deal is done & the double PR releases begin.

hope this helps (raises questions & relays answers as well) & no currently I am also not happy as I have supported this stock & called publicly share totals that surpass those bought publicly by JG himself.

just a little side note we traded 320 million over .104 FACT
last 75 days we have also traded $60m FACT
w/ the intraday trading between MMs that would leave $30M+ FACT

question...do you think Ihub has $30m dollars, especially if you take out of the equation some in my shall we say bracket.
