Prior to the SEC suspension it went over $50, the operative word being prior.
Now SECI "trades" on the Grey Market post SEC suspension, the rules are much different.
We just need to see if anyone can get a transaction above $50, is that too tall an order?
Seems to me rather crucial to the success of this arbitrary trading caper, no?
