So you are doing this with or without us. Kind of hard to do that without shareholder approval. Still waiting for Scott to give us the vote on the new Board of Directors. Who are they? I would like a list of names and their compensation. He also on a post claimed to be the new CEO. Where is the press release letting everyone know? You say you now have legal representation. They should have informed you that you need a proxy sent to every shareholder to vote on that so called new BOD. You should also be aware that minutes of the BOD are subject to shareholder inspection. I would like to see the minutes and the vote to see how Scott became the CEO.

Under Section 16.02 of the Model Business Corporation Act, shareholders of a corporation are specifically entitled to inspect excerpts of the minutes of shareholder, board and committee meetings.
