Until now, I have felt bad for the Noble investors who were cut out of the PIPE. I hope all of them are taking advantage of our current pricing to enter positions.

But after today, I won't feel AS bad for them, as I do for all of us who independently bought in the open market over the years.

Without this small group of retail investors, this company would not be sitting on NASDAQ and poised for the success it is about to achieve. I mean that quite literally. The company would have not met NASDAQ listing requirements without us. And I'll bet that 95% of us have nothing to show for it except severely reduced account balances, and the wish that we had just waited until today to buy our shares.

I think that accurately represents shareholder sentiment, and I simply wanted to publicly express that view to management. And ask them to...

That said, I hope that we collectively, who have experienced the PAIN intentionally designed into this plan for the public offering, will now stick around for GAIN that this investment represents. I know I will.
