S-crasher, forgive me, but I respectfully disagree with you that this is a p&d .

Why?

There are many good reasons but a simple one I think applies here. No sitting judge is going to risk his reputation or eligibility to be so seated by allowing such a scam to be the driving component of a reorganization plan that could actually screw donors or part of his or her constituencies.

I just can't see it. Especially on a higher profile case such as this one.
