This fact is indisputable. It will be a judgment from a US court. Therefore, they will pursue the judgment through Rontan's US customers. To serve a restraining order on a US customer will not and will never need Brazil's blessing.

I expect BSF to immediately send post judgment deposition subpoenas out to 10-30 US customers to locate assets including receivables.
