Management didnt purchase because of the assault on their share price plain and simple. Now the assault is done and managment is putting shares in all the right places.
If you recall GBSN, management acquired shares. Same too with pernix and both had to keep raising. There are plenty of examples out there of managements acquiring shares via options or open market even as they raise funds. Hell its happened at Tesla. Of course its helpful to have very powerful entities pumping the price.

So I call BS on they didnt buy because they knew they had to raise more.
