According to Form 14-C filed with Delaware, at least 20 days after 8/6/2020. "Accordingly, your consent is not required and is not being solicited in connection with the approval of the Action. The Action and the Certificate of Amendment will become effective when we file the Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware. The Certificate of Amendment will not be filed and the Action will not become effective, until the date that is at least 20 days after the enclosed Information Statement is first mailed or otherwise delivered to our Stockholders.
