I will not sell tomorrow as it will likely open down bigly.

Probably wont buy either...this looks like another artr disaster. Aquafin may see this thru but would be better off finding a different shell. They likely already have one.

The interference here from owner is very bad. The court also appears to be real bad.

I would wait it out and buy immediately when if they win.
