The kids are grown, the proposed tax laws are ugly, the state is in tatters,
and personally, if it were me, I'd be moving out.
But it is not me and perhaps they love their state or their home...so...my guess is if they can't or won't up and move, then they will look to wrap this deal up
before THE END OF THE YEAR. Weeeeeee
If because of the other party involved, THEY CAN NOT wrap this up by the end of the year...THEY WILL MOVE. Has to be one or the other, as majority shareholder(s) have too much to lose by being idle.
To make no decision is to make a decision.
