Also bonus , RRRT old outstanding 194,441,493 minus the new outstanding 68,459,803 = 125,981,600 shares canceled , got a bit more canceled than the 125mil they said which is a plus too:>

Going over the numbers is what I like to do and here are the numbers , they all add up and are accounted for , which makes this float very tight and true, which has the dollar$$ + potential here imo.

3 insiders before held 102,981,600 12,210,000 and 23,000,000

The 102,981,600 + 23,000,000 insider = the 125,981,600 shares canceled imo , they add up to it exactly.

This leaves 12,210,000 insider , we should get a filing shows holdings now at 5.6% ownership.

Restricted of 35,690,000 and insider 12,210,000 = 47,900,000 , of the new outstanding of 68,459,803 - that leaves the float @ 20,559,803,most perfect share structure imo.

Nice to see shares all accounted for so we have a true float, and transparent company.

With that I say bring on the mergers, acquisitions, or even possible buyout. We have a lot stirring here and the first 2 seems a given as they are doing what they have stated . Possible buyout?, just have thoughts about seeing the insider ownage percentage now is all:>
