Amazing call by Bob. They sold a single family home yesterday for >500k , another is scheduled to close next week for >500k. Funding has been secured for the lot where the eden tower will be built and they are closing on 9/28. Purchase price is ~$5,000,000. Recently had the property appraised post-rezoning and the value is now ~$7,300,000, that’s a quick gain of 2.3 million

Provided some nice details on the Growing Together Academy, the Drip, and the TRI Pointe Home $4+ million deal.
