Go back and look at the SEC filings. Read the many posts on this board from several folks that provided links to public information. Again, all public information. I would be happy to repost the information/links.
You seem to ignore the facts. Fact is that the SEC, barred Joe Noel from any penny stock activity. The SEC also barred Joseph Noel from writing or publishing press releases. His DOJ records are sealed, and imo- that looks a bit suspicious.
New Horizons Laboratory, Inc. is listed in Cannabis Global's SEC filings, Feb 2020, yet-Joe registered, New Horizons Laboratory, Inc., in June 2020! 4 months later. To top it off, Joe name was registered on the application as "Joseph am Noel", and "Joseph Is Noel"-both names are on the same registration application! Joe's girlfriend's name is Ma Helen Am Is. I believe that often Helen adds a middle initial M. to her name.
Feel free to look up the companies that I listed earlier today and you will see that they all tie to Joseph Noel and Ma Helen Am is.
