What would be his reason for even filing this? To warn us? I doubt that. To drive the price lower so his "friends" can get in a better price? Maybe. Worried about a lawsuit? Maybe. To stop the speculation? This just causes more speculation.

This really was an unnecessary filing, no?

But there has to be a reason he did it...
