On September 17, 2020, ABV Consulting Inc. (the “Company”) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Youkan (Guangdong) Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Youkan”). In the MOU, the Company agrees to purchase up to 80% of the issued and outstanding stock of Youkan for terms to be set forth in a definitive agreement. The definitive agreement will be completed within three months of the MOU.
