Just spoke to the company, let me clarify 2 items


Baker Hughes would not let them put out an announcement
but would let them mention it the presentation
(the amount was not material requiring a separate announcement)

At this point DMG Mori has not approved a joint announcement (in the works) but they said they could mention it at the presentation

I realize that but I thought the developments with Baker Hughes and DMG Mori warranted highlighting in a PR separate from simply being contained in the many slides in the new 8-k.

Mark did address this in the webinar yesterday but I suspect that had a rather limited audience.
