They are, and if you actually knew any facts about how reverse mergers worked, you'd already know that they have ZERO say whatsoever in what PASO puts out and/or does while awaiting the CLX DA in Q4.

All PASO has to do is honor the terms of the LOI and closing extension they granted to the CLX jv partnership consortium.

Something PASO is definitely doing dohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
