Thanks Kthompt. I agree its a small chance as well but its enough of a nuclear bomb that it just isnt worth taking a chance and leaving it up the Roberts Court. It is just too unpredictable. I include the warrants because its good gov. Maybe not good litigation. I think at this point it is enough for the Trump admin to clear the slate so to speak and claim a victory. Its good politics. After-all the Federal gov doesnt need to be turning a profit off of the warrants. As long as the case can be made that taxpayers didnt lose any money on the bailout that is enough to claim a victory. Its what I would do now that the game clock is at the 2-minute warning. Of course I assume Trump plans on winning the election.
