I can tell you this. In July I traded it multiple times in the .40's. If I look at the price chart today, Etrade has it trading at around $14-15 for that time period. That is a split adjusted price of 1:33. 14 dived by 33 is .4242. They must have adjusted the prices in anticipation of the split that didn't happen yet.
