Never seen buy rumor and sell the news?

This is my 7 or 8th custodian play. They normally drag for 30days to 6 months as the custodian gets house keeping in order (filings and finacial reporting) to get current.

Look at egoc...hits 20s fell to 7&8.
Qutr stayed .001 to .002 until filings hit. Trdx was low for some time.

Got etek...old transfer agent screwing that up and pcli the custodian is terrible.

I personally dont see a fast run up here that will hold. Maybe Aquafin will announce merger day 1 and that would be sweet...i just havent seen it.
