Really? A "ruse?"

First, this suggestion just occurred to me as I read the new patent announcement. As we all should be wondering WTF is going on, I am trying to find alternative explanations as to why they are asking us to vote on a RS.

So if this could actually be a possible scenario, then it is still utter nonsense that they do not publicly state there are patent implications tied into the milestones. It is BS that they refuse to reveal the milestones. They can do so without revealing which patents may be in play.

So I'd use the phrase "lack of transparency" instead of the word "ruse."

Being the wordsmith that you seem to be, I am a bit surprised at your choice of semantics.
