TTLO - I saw the merger announcement come out and attempted to purchase some shares, but due to Etrade and IB deciding to price cap, reject, limit the size, and in all other manner of ways screw up my orders, I didn't get filled.

So, I would like to publicly thank Etrade and IB for their incompetence in doing the main thing a broker is supposed to do: Execute your orders!

I have seen lots of $1 stocks with strong earnings and solid balance sheets triple, quadruple and more, but I have yet to see one go below zero.
