right, and the bulk of the notes (to YLimit LLC) don't convert under .035 -- not .0035, but .035

"but in no event shall the conversion price be less than $0.035 per share."

It's great to not have dilution pressure, as that is a constant worry with so many other penny stocks.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
