Hello Mr. Murphy,

I own a substantial amount of shares of SPRV and I want to congratulate you on becoming our new CEO. I do have some questions I am hoping you can address:

1. When the supplemental disclosure came out on the OTC page, why haven't you finished updating the contact information with the Liverpool address, phone number also listing you as the CEO & removing Paul Strickland and removing the twitter link for Web To Door?

2. When will your website be back online as it has been 1 month since it went offline?

3. Will you be setting up NEW social media for SPRV because to be honest, the old SPRV twitter page here -----> https://twitter.com/SPRVGroup looks really cheap?

4. What will you be doing about the 13B share structure? Will there be a buyback or reverse split?

5. Will you be doing a reverse merger with Summit CRG and changing the name of the company on the OTC page to Summit along with a name/ticker change?

6. When will you be releasing a PR officially announcing the new changes?

7. What are you doing to eliminate the Tangiers note so it does not have to keep being a thorn in our side?

I would greatly appreciate anything you can answer for me on the above 7 questions. Thank you for your time!
