I’ve never tried to contact them. But I think they should buy instead of rent. Right now renting NUGS farm north cost if I remember correctly, $250k+ a month. Renting is nice in the aspect it gives them a place to start. But owning their own facility would create more value for the shareholders. I’d be fine if they ditched the LOI offer to rent another spot, and used the financing they were going to use for that to buy their own land and build their own facility.
