Well I think we're both coming at this from a legitimate point of view. The trick would be to know Delaware law on this particular instance for sure, and I don't think either of us do. So I'm just going with what Ben says, and that's the idea we're simply waiting on the otc to finish their end. But again, this could be wrong. Maybe Ben is mistaken and otc requires the discharge, or Delaware law. Not to insult Ben's knowledge, I'm more insulting my own for not being able to certainly know either way.
