That means (whenever completed) there will be 80,6663 + 12,000,000 O/S. At current PPS ($ 2,45) that would mean a capitalization of $ 227,000,000 (CDN).

Let's see where we will be on October 6 and even more, next February when we have the business numbers of Q4 (Revenues an gross margins).
