Synergy management already petitioned for STHC which was accepted and they then were granted custodianship, after which they sold the shell to AMECA. Ben is currently petitioning for 6-10 other companies. On his updates he has included all the tickers that he is petitioning and STHC is not one of them. It has been done already and it is over. Synergy has nothing to do with STHC any longer.
