Prepaid Smart Card Transaction SECURITY W/O The CLOUD

The money that can be stolen from a Prepaid Bank-Independent Smart-Card, is limited "only" to money loaded & reloaded on a prepaid smart-card.

Prepaid smart-card money trails can be monitored at Internet enabled convenience stores open 24/7.

CLOUD transactions are center-stage and under the business microscope, now that SNOW's IPO is an attention-getter. Prepaid USIO/FiCentive/Akimbo smart-cards, sporting MasterCard's Logo are flying under-the-radar. This will change in the not too distant "security" future, IMO!
