we don’t feel any preferred stock has been issued because it would have been reflected in that NVSOS filing - the preferred stock remained unchanged at 10M.

I don’t see any change in preferred shares. I think you might be getting confused because the common and preferred arrangement on the screen flipped but the numbers are the same.
