Called my broker yesterday. They said the tender offer wasn't available yet. Said that they understood why I called, it's a narrow window to take advantage of the tender offer, what with the PR yesterday and the 18th deadline. They mentioned I didn't need to fill out the form, that they could do it over the phone. My broker said they would call shareholders when the DTC gave them the tender offer instructions. I told 'em I'd probably call on Friday just to make sure.

Anyway, never been through this before so I was glad I could talk to the broker about it as they understand the moving parts a bit better. GLTA
