If they are diluting right now, they’ll get nailed. Once the judge has issued the order and they enter the implementation phase, the “plan” gives the unsecured creditors 100 shares per dollar of debt, and that is the very definition of dilution and done with court approval.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
