How fo you factor in increasing company losses? Or is it best to just limit consideration of Surge Holdings' to market cap, and only of its increased revenue; revenue acquired via purchase and added new company debt and dilution, all to paint Surge Holdings Inc. revenue numbers with money losing ECS operations.
