cash in the bank ???? "NOT AUDITED" go ahead and scream but show me the money -- CPA audits are straightforward and should be done prior to posting the financials !!!! No excuse for this CEO conduct - period.

I don't want to hear about chummy personal endorsements -- this is a "public company" responsible to its' owners -- the stockholders.

There is not a single company I have sat on as a director / officer that the business plan (BP), company governing body, audited financials, and transparent "official" statements were not in place to move a pink2blue.

So you personally know the CEO -- then suggest to him the importance of conducting a public company according to standardized business practices.

...that' just my 2 cent -- oh we're no where near that $$$
