I understand but my point is why do they request this halt when it is not required. I see otc stocks announce deals and restructuring everyday and gap 100% in either direction. Just curious why they halt every time their is news at all. It doesn’t let any momentum happen. If anyone is flipping this and there’s news they won’t be able to get in lol, will be halted for days.
