A Reasonable Perspective For New Investors.

You have a stock backed by multiple investment groups not related to biotech. You have a CEO still under active investigation for securities fraud, and the company still facing an IP theft lawsuit. The recent announcement of the drug being safe and nothing more is being touted as efficacy results. Then remember after the last study no efficacy results have been offered for public analysis.

After all those thoughts, consider this:

For financial giants JP Morgan and other titans of the industry a measly 8 million shares has become a herculean task to sell.

The question is why can't these major market makers complete this kind of offering in a week?

The answer is right there.

No one wants to buy.

Well what is HGEN then just a few names, some smartly dressed PR, and the legacy of Martin Shrekli?
