I for one really appreciate your being here.

Your posts are knowledgeable and informative.

So much good info....you seem on top of it all.

There is no doubt that many a poster here made good money following your posts. (myself included)

So many posters here think they are experts and so very smart.

Well...we all know better.

But you call things the way they are. You don't pump or bash.

You stick to nothing but facts. That is a rare commodity these days.

Many a poster seems to have an agenda....some hard to take and believe.

Gotta say.....you are the most honest and down to earth poster I have seen.
