I voted 'AGAINST' today and I am at peace with what it to come, for the most part. I disagree, which is fine, with who is suppressing the pps. TMDI management could buy lots of shares on open markets, could provide more details on milestones, share a schedule on IDE and FDA targets, etc. News like this could have really lifted the pps of TMDI but they chose to do NONE of it and remain silent. This is hurting shareholders.

I will say it again, this whole r/s vote is complete nonsense and could have be avoided. Also, word is they can do a r/s w/o shareholder approval so all TMDI management has managed to do is further tank the stock.

Correct (anyone) me if wrong: If I own 50,000 shares today and tomorrow MDT ($107.49) does a 1 for 1 stock BO my investment value is $5,374,500. Now, lets say I own those same 50,000 shares but TMDI does a 1-10 reverse split where I now will have 5,000 shares. After the split occurs MDT (same price for example) does a 1 for 1 stock BO, my investment value is now $537,450. So I went from over $5M to over $500k, correct? How is this maximizing shareholder value.

.25 isn't a lot of money and 7's aren't lucky. Ignore the noise!
