Excellent. Totally amazes me that others don’t understand what they are trying to do. Obviously a lot of inexperienced people who have never done what you have accomplished. By not approving you are limiting the progress that can be made quickly.

Obtaining top quality personnel is very difficult in the competitive biotech marketplace and you have to have packages available to offer in a timely fashion otherwise the person will move on.

The CFO stated the 25 million shares would come out of the 100 million and if there is any fault by management it is this was not explained well, as far as I know, prior to today’s call. But I would say, based on your experience when building a company, all critical decisions are not made correctly all the time. Decisions are made on the fly sometimes. They could have thought about this after the approval. Not sure but if your long we need to support their success.
