Get Serious. What do you make of the 8-k today? Mr. Blumberg? The BOD trying to stop him? Shenghuo license agreement? Conflict of interest?

For me, this looks and sounds like the insiders are getting interested in having more of a say, setting themselves up for a piece of the pie, likely because things are finally getting interesting.
