Thats just it, once the judge wraps everything up with BRTX, the 8k would provide the details of the "Re-Org" and would be the first Public announcement.

Not every investor is on IHUB, or even stalking PACER, so there are ton's out there without the knowledge that it is even coming out of bankruptcy via re-org. WITH COMMONS INTACT
