LOL those signals were used back when we had rotary dial phones.

Still safer for them to use these days....signaling through L2/L3 much safer and faster for all MM's (over the world) to see.

The 'non rotary dial phones' leaving too much traces behind. Guess it's still illegal manipulating stock prices.


Never the less. It is what it is. This stuff is way out of my/our league.
