Over the past few years the Christian music industry has been seeking higher levels of creativity.

imo brought on by radio stations playing the same three chord worship songs over and over again mainly to fit their huge teenage base

and demanding their artists to create the simple or not be played at all.

Therefor the industry had a flood of new bands all playing the same type of songs just to get played on the radio and sell albums.
