Yeah... saw that... but an O/S of 1B for a shell (even a Lazar Shell) is only worth about .001 per share imo

If you knew he held a ton of the shares (like in QUTR) then it's a total game changer.

Otherwise I would only buy in the triple zeros (as you indicated).
