Without good news for holders soon, I’d say you are probably right. I hope not cause that’s a long ways down for me to avg to. From what I was reading the 1-A form should get qualified by the SEC shortly after 21 days? With them saying they’d be ready within 2 days, if they have a buyer or buyers already in mind the offer may go quick? If happens quickly it will probably commence on the lower end. If it plays out by how the summary says with 168m shares @ .0385 it still wouldn’t create a share structure that’s unheard of for this type of company. Definitely going to put a dampener on existing share holders feelings. Sure hope there is some form of plan in place. If there really is no plan; or whatever plan they have fails, falls through, or turns negative for whatever reason, it could get worse than .02. I’m in it to win it though going to ride with it and see how it plays out.
